Delivery and Returns Policy

We always strive to control the quality of our products before delivery and provide information for all of our products. At our e-commerce platform, customer satisfaction is our highest priority for long-term business relationship with our customers. We therefore under certain circumstances accept requests for refund for customers who are not happy with their products. Please note however that to be eligible for refund or exchange, your refund request must comply with the terms and conditions of this refund and exchange policy.


You have the right to return the product and request refund within 7 business days or if the product:

  • is damaged;
  • delivered a wrong product;
  • is of incorrect size.

You must send the product in its original condition and unwashed including its original packaging, tags and/or labels.


Custom tailored products will not be refunded or exchanged. 

  • If your custom tailored product does not fit contact us, we will fix it. 

Contact us first: If you want to return a product, you must first e-mail us as soon as possible and provide details about the nature of the defect including taking pictures of the product for our review. All requests for return and refund are subject to our independent evaluation. We will not accept returned products and request for refunds which are made without contacting us first.

Returns and Return Period:
If the product is damaged or defective or if we have delivered a product other than the one you ordered, please take a picture of the product and send the product back to us within seven (7) days from the date of delivery. You must send the product in its original condition and unwashed including its original packaging, tags and/or labels. Please note that refund for defective products covers only manufacturing defects and not defects caused by customer’s improper use of the product.
When you return a defective product, you have the option to ask for a new product of similar value, type and size or full refund for the order amount.

Please note that items which are returned beyond the said seven (7) days return period or without original packaging, tags or labels, where applicable, will not be accepted or qualify for refund or exchange.

Exchange:  Our ready-to-wear products are available in large, medium and small sizes. If we deliver a product of incorrect size, please contact us via e-mail at as soon as possible with pictures of the item and the order details and we will send you a new product of correct size or description. We will only exchange products of same or lesser value including where appropriate same size, colour, design, or brand.

Packing: Returned items must be packaged properly to avoid damage during transportation. It is the responsibility of the customer to take care of the item while in customer’s possession. In your interest, we suggest that you send back the item using a method than can be tracked.

When we receive the product and review the reasons for refund or exchange, we will contact you as soon as possible via email acknowledging the return of the item and our customer support will work with you to resolve the issue.

Personalized items:
We do not accept requests for refund or exchange for personalized items. This is because of personalization element of these products.

Refunds will be credited to the same payment method used to purchase the products. In the case of request for exchange, we will send the new product as soon as the returned product is received by us.

Shipping and Delivery:  For ready-to-wear items, shipping normally takes up to 3 business days from the date we receive your return. For personalized items, shipping takes up to 4 business days.
