Delivery and Returns Policy
We always strive to control the quality of our products before delivery and provide information for all of our products. At our e-commerce platform, customer satisfaction is our highest priority for long-term business relationship with our customers.
REASONS FOR RETURNING
You have the right to return the product and request refund within 5 days or if the product:
- is damaged;
- delivered a wrong product;
- the products are of unsatisfactory quality
- the products is not as described on-site
- is of incorrect size.
You must send the product in its original condition and unwashed including its original packaging, tags and/or labels.
Contact us first: If you want to return a product, you must first e-mail us as soon as possible and provide details about the nature of the defect including taking pictures of the product for our review. All requests for return and refund are subject to our independent evaluation. We will not accept returned products and request for refunds which are made without contacting us first.
Returns and Return Period:
If the product is damaged or defective or if we have delivered a product other than the one you ordered, please take a picture of the product and send the product back to us within five (5) days from the date of delivery. You must send the product in its original condition and unwashed including its original packaging, tags and/or labels. Please note that refund for defective products covers only manufacturing defects and not defects caused by customer’s improper use of the product.
Please note that items which are returned beyond the said five (5) days return period or without original packaging, tags or labels, where applicable, will not be accepted or qualify for refund.
Packing: Returned items must be packaged properly to avoid damage during transportation. It is the responsibility of the customer to take care of the item while in customer’s possession. In your interest, we suggest that you send back the item using a method than can be tracked.
When we receive the product and review the reasons for refund or exchange, we will contact you as soon as possible via email acknowledging the return of the item and our customer support will work with you to resolve the issue.
Refunds will be credited to the same payment method used to purchase the products. In the case of request for exchange, we will send the new product as soon as the returned product is received by us.
Shipping and Delivery: Shipping normally takes up to 3-8 business days from the date we receive your order.
In rare circumstances when FedEx, USPS, DHL or other shipping companies lose your package, we can offer to help the best we can. Unfortunately, once the package has been handed over to the courier company, it is no longer in our control what happens to it. We cannot oversee the package and beyond all the precautionary measures we take to ensure that couriers handle the package with care, once it has been lost or damaged, we cannot be held liable to refund you your money. In the occasion your package did not arrive in time, you must first call the shipping company and provide them with the tracking number we gave you. It will be your responsibility to communicate with the courier company to reach a resolution with them. They will ask you to contact us as well; in that case, send us an email with your tracking number and brief report of your communications with the courier company. We will then do our very best to help you locate that package. If the package cannot be found or has been lost infinitely, we will file a claims form with FedEx or DHL to get you your money back. Chahat will not be able to refund you your money directly. If the package was urgent, we can ship you the same items again if we have them in stock, but you will have to pay shipping charges on that package. Again, we will try our best to reclaim that money from the shipping companies for you. If the packages are stolen we have can definitely help the best we can. Unfortunately we are not responsible for stolen packages
